Boarding EAST BY SOUTH is effortless via the large full-height cockpit boarding doors, complemented by rail breaks to port and starboard near the helm door. From the expansive swim platform, you gain access to a generous storage garage ideal for toys, supplies, lines, and fenders. This space also features a built-in grill that neatly stows away when not in use.

Entry into the cockpit from the swim platform is available on both the port and starboard sides. The cockpit features a U-shaped dinette with custom fabrics and tables, comfortably seating 4-6 guests.

Forward of the settee, against the aft bulkhead, is a bar with two built-in stools—perfectly positioned to take advantage of the open aft window and doors, which create a seamless indoor-outdoor entertainment area between the cockpit and galley.

Stepping inside, the full-service galley is located to port and includes a two-person dinette. Up two steps to the helm deck, you’ll find a large U-shaped dining table. To starboard are bottle storage and drawers, with a pop-up TV concealed behind the cabinetry. The lower helm is also located to starboard and features a full exterior door for easy access, with excellent visibility throughout—better than most yachts in her class.

Access to the lower accommodations is forward of the dinette to port. Upon entering, you are immediately struck by the generous headroom, open layout, and abundant natural light. Aft of the landing is the full-beam master stateroom, featuring a walk-around queen berth, en-suite head with a separate shower, a settee, and ample storage throughout.

The forward VIP stateroom offers an island queen berth, a private en-suite head with a separate shower, two hanging lockers, and multiple drawers. The third cabin has been fully customized to accommodate a first mate or additional guest and includes a single berth, a wet head with shower, and a washer and dryer, all enclosed by elegant pocket doors.

On deck, EAST BY SOUTH features wide side decks with oversized, robust handrails, along with upgraded teak decking throughout the walkways. The foredeck offers a double bench seat for enjoying the view, with a double lounge just aft, complete with an optional shade cover.

The flybridge is truly a standout and is accessed from the cockpit, with additional storage located beneath the stairs. EAST BY SOUTH features a unique third cabin that can serve as an additional guest stateroom or captain’s quarters. Fully custom-designed, this space provides a private retreat with a generous berth, ensuite head, ample storage, a 19-inch TV, and an independent climate control zone. The cabin is accessed through a large sliding door, with a washer and dryer conveniently concealed within a custom wood cabinet.

The heart of EAST BY SOUTH’s cutting-edge electrical system is the CZone Dynamic Digital Switching, Monitoring, and Control system. There are two CZone access points, with the main panel on the bridge and a second panel in the master stateroom. With user-configurable modes such as “At Anchor,” “Underway Day,” or “Owner Away,” the vessel can be configured for operations down to the smallest detail. Additionally, systems such as charging, tankage, electrical loads, and fault history can be monitored and recorded, even from the master stateroom panel. This represents a next-generation level of control and redundancy.
The AC power system is managed by CZone and powered by the inverters. AC power is supplied from either shore power or the generators via CZone to the inverters, which then provide all AC power needs on board. For continuous AC power away from the dock but not underway, one of the 9 kW generators can be run to handle most electrical loads. At peak demand, the inverters “power assist” with input from the lithium-ion batteries, increasing AC power output. This hybrid setup avoids the need for an oversized generator that would otherwise be underloaded most of the time, preventing premature generator wear.
The lithium-ion service batteries also have one of the vessel’s 200 A/24 V Mastervolt alternators dedicated to charging while underway. When away from the dock and not running the engines or generators, the lithium-ion batteries can be discharged up to 80%, providing a total output of nearly 8,800 Wh before recharging is required. When it is time to recharge, the two inverter/chargers have a combined maximum output of 200 A, significantly reducing charging time.
EAST BY SOUTH has upgraded from a single Northern Lights 12 kW generator to twin 9 kW generators for full redundancy.

Access to the flybridge is via a wide and secure stairway leading from the aft deck. The combined length of the flybridge and boat deck spans nearly two-thirds of the vessel’s overall length. The flybridge features a fully equipped helm with twin STIDD helm seats.
Forward of the helm is a luxurious lounge area, comfortable for 3–4 adults. This is one of the best spots on board to relax, protected from the wind by the tinted Plexiglass windscreen and from above by the hardtop, which covers the entire bridge area.
To port, there is a spacious L-shaped settee with seating for 8 or more, accompanied by a teak table that expands in size and an Isotherm refrigerator.
Aft, the Steelhead davit provides tender storage for the 2020 AB 11ALX tender with a 25hp Yamaha outboard.
The entire bridge area, including the helm, lounge seating, and refrigerator are fitted with custom Sunbrella mooring covers for protection.

The forward deck features a spacious sunpad and lounge area with a custom bimini cover, as well as an additional bench/lounge for relaxing or enjoying the view. The reclining sunpad includes subtle lighting for nighttime ambiance, making this one of the most inviting spots on board. Forward deck storage lockers and robust anchoring systems complete the area, combining functionality with comfort.

Any owner will proudly showcase the engine room on EAST BY SOUTH. Located beneath the galley and cockpit, the engine room offers generous space for inspection and maintenance, ensuring a well-organized environment. As with all Kadey-Krogen yachts, ease of access is a priority, unlike many production boats that pack components below decks with little consideration for future servicing. This yacht is designed with the true yachtsman in mind.
The lazarette not only provides ample storage but also serves as the central hub for the boat's entire electrical system, including the twin Northern Lights generators. The layout is intuitive, making it easy to understand, diagnose, and access any component that may require servicing.

The fully customized interior was a collaboration between the owners and the Kadey-Krogen Group's interior designer, creating a classic style with a relaxed, calming atmosphere. The aesthetic was achieved using designer fabrics and wallcoverings from Phillip Jeffries, Thibaut, Giatti, Kravet, and Schumacher. Custom interior soft goods, such as pillows and draperies, along with Matouk linens, were produced by the Kadey-Krogen Group’s South Florida workroom. Whitewashed, beach-inspired raffia wall panels add a distinctive touch, enhancing the designer finish and making EAST BY SOUTH's interior truly one of a kind.
