The GRAND VOYAGER is a full custom global explorer with interior & exterior design by Milan based Hot Lab. She features a full displacement steel hull, aluminum supstructure giving her a large volume 399 gross tons & impressive range of 4,000nm at 10 knots. 5 or 6 cabin layouts available. Hull currently inbuild.
Bult to commercial class & MCA compliant this is a true pedigree build that can be delivered in a very attractive 26 months time.
Being a full custom the GRAND VOYAGER is available with multiple different layouts as showcased in the general arrangments in the brochure. Clients have the opportunity to feature a full beam master cabin located forward on the main deck or chose the optional private owners deck on the upper level instead of the sky lounge (or both for a 6 cabin layout with 4 guest cabins located on the lower deck).
Her aysemetric design allows for maximum volume both on the upper deck and the main deck. Fold down balconies back aft compliment the center line jacuzzi that serves as a focal point while being surrounded by lounge areas and a massive aft deck. I absolutely love this space when the main salon aft deck & side doors are opened up – the entire deck flows together combining interior & exterior deck spaces into one.
Hot Lab has created a stunning profile with a strong plumb bow yet have softened the lines with curved features and hard top really pulling it all together into one fluid shape.
The hull is currently under construction and will reduce the delivery date making this project even more attractive to potential buyers.

Its dynamic yet balanced profile is defined by decisive lines, layered volumes and strong horizontal elements, creating a sleek and contemporary presence on the water. Expansive glazing draws natural light into the interiors and opens wide views towards the horizon.
Outdoor living is central to the concept. Generous exterior spaces are conceived as true terraces over the water, designed for relaxation, entertaining and extended time outdoors. At the stern, the lounge, sunbathing area and integrated pool come together to form an open beach club with direct access to the sea.
Inside, balanced proportions, clean geometries and a warm natural palette create an atmosphere of understated sophistication. The main saloon flows naturally between living and dining, while the owner’s suite adopts a more intimate character through tactile materials, soft light and panoramic views. A defining feature of the Grand Voyager 40 is its custom approach. Three different General Arrangement options allow each owner to shape the yacht around their individual lifestyle and priorities. The origins of Antonini Navi date back to the second half of the 1940s, when Walter Antonini founded the first company of the Group. Thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of the family, the business grew rapidly, leading in 1977 to the acquisition of the Pertusola shipyard, located in the Gulf of La Spezia. Today, Pertusola is one of the largest shipyard facilities in La Spezia and represents the operational heart of Antonini Navi. Its strategic location, extensive space, and continuously improving infrastructure make it an ideal site for yacht construction, refitting, and mooring, offering comprehensive services dedicated to captains and crews.
CONSTRUCTION FOR THIRD PARTIES Our shipyard has gained solid experience in the construction of hulls and superstructures, both in steel and aluminum, as well as in the development of onboard systems, insulation, and part of the outfitting.
