Description
60 ft 1988 Cooper Pilothouse
Kokomo is a Cutter rigged blue water pilothouse sloop built by Cooper of Coquitlam, Vancouver BC.
Cooper has a history of outstanding yacht design and quality manufacture for the harsh environment of the North West Pacific.
Designed by Stan Huntingford and built to the highest standard of craftsmanship, Cooper built only 4 of these due to their high initial cost. The Teak interior is stunning.
“ Redundancy” is another word for this vessel, having incredible range on main engine, 2 generators, hydraulic bow thruster, and a get home system she is well equipped to take you anywhere.
She has had 4 passionate owners, and has recently undergone a major refit which included mast removal, full Awlgrip paint, New Teak Decks –(2015) and full electronics upgrade – (2016). A detailed maintenance record has been kept of the vessel for the last 6 years which covers overhaul of almost every item on board.
