Description
Amer 120 – 2025 – New
This luxurious superyacht of 35 meter is designed for comfort and sustainability. With a sleek fiberglass hull and superstructure, it features expansive windows and teak decks, offering unparalleled natural light and energy efficiency. With its 4 Volvo Penta IPS 1.350 engines, the yacht cruises at 23-24 knots, with a maximum speed of 26-27 knots. It accommodates up to 10 guests in five elegant suites, including a master cabin on the main deck; while the crew area hosts 5 members. Innovative design reduces the use of fiberglass, incorporating large glass panels for improved ventilation and reduced reliance on air conditioning.
Full Specifications
About the interiors, a choice was made for natural materials, such as recycled Indonesian teak, handcrafted in Italy. The wood veining is associated with the contrasting use of mirror steels, mirrors, and transparent volumes. A transparent “cave à vin” stands out in the main living area of the main deck. Relaxing light colors, apparently minimal design, use of eco-leather. The master cabin is full beam, scenographic, high, with a limestone bathroom; the king size bed has a headboard characterized by sinuous movements that recall the trough of a wave. This area is completed by some "wellness" equipment and a walk-in closet for the wardrobe, all high-class. Along the internal stairs that connect the main deck to the flybridge, there is a hidden door to access the crew’s cabins.
The control room is a jewel of technology, with large and transverse windows. The onboard equipment includes a unique system for the identification of cetaceans and their subsequent reporting. On the starboard side, there is a courtesy sofa for the captain. On the foredeck, in front of the small gardens, there is a second large whirlpool tub, in front of the sofas facing the sea. The yacht is equipped with a Seakeeper gyro stabilizer that reduces the roll of the boat at anchor and Humphree fin stabilizers that reduce it during navigation. Amer 120 is the largest yacht ever built that uses the Volvo IPS engine: 4000 HP divided into four engines that correspond to less than 25% of the power compared to that of its competitors while ensuring similar performance. The propulsion system is prepared for the future SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) to navigate in the ECA (Emission Control Area), sea areas destined to increase in order to protect the environment.
