Mockup Approval

• A mockup of a representative interior corner will be constructed and submitted for Owner approval before full-scale production.

• High-gloss and matte varnished woods for walls, doors, and furniture, such as oak, walnut, or equivalent.
• The final selection will be Owner-approved.
  

Fabrics & Upholstery 

• To be selected from high-quality fabric catalogs, meeting marine-grade durability and aesthetic standards.

• TUREDDI logo will be installed on both funnels, made from stainless steel plates with LED backlighting.
• Identification plates shall be applied to all valves, pumps, and accessories.
• Hazard labels will be affixed to all doors where applicable.
• An inox yard plate will be installed onboard.

Noise Control Measures

The yacht will incorporate advanced acoustic and anti-vibration insulation in the following areas: 

• Engine Room: Specialized noise-reducing and vibration-absorbing panels installed on all surfaces.
• Interior Bulkheads, Main & Lower Deck Floors: Fully insulated to minimize airborne and structural noise transmission.
• Double Acoustic Bulkheads: Installed between the engine room and accommodations, providing superior sound isolation.

Maximum Acceptable Noise Levels :

• The yacht’s insulation and soundproofing systems are designed to maintain comfortable noise levels throughout the vessel while operating at maximum continuous rated speeds with all specified equipment in operation. 

Estimated Levels at 10 knots:

• Noise levels will be measured with all normal services operational and air conditioning turned off to ensure an accurate baseline assessment.

Lighting Concept

• Lighting will include multiple integrated sources, such as:

Painting System

All painting applications shall be in accordance with International Marine Paint standards, ensuring a smooth, defect-free finish without dust, runs, or orange peel effects. 

Cathodic Protection System

• A cathodic protection system shall be implemented using aluminum sacrificial anodes, strategically placed on the hull, rudder, and propeller shafts to prevent corrosion.
• Electrical bonding system to be installed to optimize anode performance and corrosion protection.

Surface Protection

• All aluminum surfaces shall be properly cleaned, degreased, and mechanically abraded to meet international paint adhesion standards.

• Surface preparation to be done in compliance with ISO 8501-1, ensuring optimal adhesion of primers and coatings.

Underwater Hull Coating

A high-performance anticorrosive and antifouling system designed for aluminum hulls:

Engine Room Insulation and Soundproofing

The engine room insulation system is designed to ensure optimal thermal and acoustic performance, minimizing noise and vibrations throughout the vessel. 

Insulating Material:

• Mineral wool with a density of 50 Kg/m³ and a thickness ranging from 50 to 100 mm, depending on specific insulation requirements.
•  The insulation system will be applied in two different configurations based on the area to be protected:
  • High-performance sandwich insulation: Two layers of low-density mineral wool with an
  • intermediate copper sheet to enhance sound absorption.
  • Standard insulation: Single-layer mineral wool in areas where high-performance soundproofing is not required.

Tender Garage & Technical Area

Stern garage with hydraulic door, accommodating:

Fueling Stations:

  • Transfer from tanks to day tanks passes through a centrifugal fuel purifier with a water separator (Alfa-Laval or equivalent) with a capacity of 400 l/h, ensuring clean fuel supply to the engines and generators.

Fuel Lines and Filtration: 

• Piping Material: Fuel lines in carbon steel with welded connections, ensuring reliability and compliance with marine safety standards.
• Filtration System:
  • Dual Racor filter/water separators (500-micron) on day tanks, protecting the main engines from contaminants.
  • Racor filter/water separators (500-micron) on generators, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Fuel Tanks & Monitoring: 

• Tanks Construction: Fuel tanks are integral to the hull, with two (2) dedicated day tanks.

• Complete schematics and technical drawings of the electrical system will be provided to the vessel owner.
• Interior installations shall be splash-proof, while exterior installations shall be fully waterproof.
• Cable Management:
  • All cables shall be numbered and referenced in the electrical schematics.

Shore Power System

Shore Power Cable Handling System 

• A grinding system for shore power cable management shall be installed to ensure smooth and safe handling.
